Services

  • Pet enrichment activities such as physical exercise, stimulation of the senses, training, and social interaction.

  • Providing pets with fresh food (as instructed) and water.

  • Cleaning of food dishes and feeding area.

  • Cleaning of litter boxes, cages and enclosures.

  • Administering medications, injections and vitamins if required.

  • Cleaning up any pet "accidents."

  • Completing a checklist of services performed at each visit. We can also text updates upon request.

  • Dog walking (includes waste pick-up and disposal).

  • Bringing in mail and newspapers.

  • Adjusting drapes/blinds and lights.

  • Watering indoor plants (and outdoor flowers or plants for summer vacationers).

  • Taking trash cans to curb for garbage pick-up.

  • Allowing pet(s) access to outdoor area for "potty break" and playtime (weather permitting).

  • During very cold or inclement weather, dog walks are shortened but additional indoor playtime and affection is provided.

  • Pick-up of additional food or supplies, as required (may include additional charge).

  • Transportation to/from veterinarian or groomer.

  • For your peace of mind each client is assigned a unique client number in our database. This allows us to safeguard your house key, security system code, and garage code to keep your home and personal information secure..

  • We will customize our services to meet your needs and the needs of your pets. Ask us if there is anything else that we can do for you.

 

Fees & Rates

  • Consultation Visit  -  FREE when you use our services ($25.00 if you do not use our services or if a new Client requests services with less than 7 days advanced notice).

  • Standard Visit (30 minutes) - $20.00

  • Mid-day Dog Walk - $20.00

  • Injection (only) Visit - $14.00

  • Returned Check Fee - $25.00

  • Overnight Visit - $85.00 minimum (depends on services needed, number of pets, etc.) - includes bedtime & morning visits

  • Extended Visit (45 minutes) -$26.00

  • Holiday "A" Fee - $10.00 in addition to standard visit fee.  Includes the following holidays:

    • New Year's Day

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas Eve

    • Christmas Day

  • Holiday "B" Fee - $8.00 in addition to standard visit fee.  Includes the following holidays:

    • Easter

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • New Year's Eve

Extra Fees

  • ​Late Reservation Fee - $10.00 for standard visits accepted with less than 24-hour notice. $30.00 for vacation bookings accepted with less than 48-hour notice.  Other late reservation and cancellation fees are detailed in our Pet Sitting Agreement.

  • $2.00 per visit outside of Contractor's service area (10-mile radius from office).

  • $30.00 per hour for emergencies, visits over 45 minutes, and pet transport.

  • Key pick-up or drop-off Fee - $10.00 (if you choose not to keep a key on file with us).
