Hours of Operation
Whiskers to Tails is open for business all 365 days of the year. The hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. To reach us via telephone, please call us at (440) 315-5208 or e-mail us at whiskerstotails@oh.rr.com. Telephone calls and e-mails will be answered seven days a week, although late evening emails and messages may receive a response the following morning. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call within one business day.
Vacation & Business Travel Reservations
We recommend that you reserve our service as soon as your trip is confirmed. Vacation reservations (bookings) require seven days advance notice. Holidays, vacations that include holidays, and overnight bookings require 14 days advance notice. Last minute reservations will incur an extra fee. For the safety and comfort of your pet(s), you must schedule at least one visit per day for cats or other animals that do not require outdoor potty breaks, and at least two visits per day for dogs. Each visit will last approximately 30 minutes. Extended visits are accepted for an additional fee.
